When an entrepreneur realized their business had an opportunity to launch a game changing tech product we jumped in to help frame the market problem, go to market strategy and coach senior staff. In less than four months that product is a reality and hitting the hands of customers.

Operating retail stores on three continents left our client’s employee engagement fragmented and confusing. Co-designing with local staff we built an engagement campaign that drew participation from 65% of its global workforce, earning a finalist spot in the EE Employee Engagement Awards.
Enter new markets
Enter a new market or geography
Realizing their current climate efforts were missing key parts of the world, we created a program that brought the foremast experts in mapping technology and global warming to rural Indonesia. The result was a custom fit solution that spawned a new technology, built local capacity and established a replicable model for impact.
What we’ve accomplished:

Launched a nationwide network of Black leaders building caring and prosperous communities, impacting over 2,000,000 million families.
2.
Designed award winning employee engagement campaign that reached 27 countries, 12 different languages and thousands of individuals, resulting in a 47% participation rate (beating the industry average of 20%).
3.
Overhauled a Fortune 50 customer community using gamification to support the launch of a new version of their software, growing the community by 120% to over 5 million members in just three months.
