Collective Model
The Collective
Context Partners’ operating model is grounded in a collective of experts at the intersections of service design, community building, technology and communications.
Why a collective? Well it’s in our name, Context. To best serve our clients we bring expertise that is relevant to their challenge. Working with Venezuelan refugees? Then we partner with designers in Colombia who’s worked with that audience. Creating services that help BIPOC executives grow and thrive? Then we bring a leadership development expert on to the project.
There is no one size fits all solution that meets everyone’s needs. So, our talent model focuses on giving you access to the network of skills needed to solve your challenges.
How it works
The Collective consists of three primary communities. First and foremost, there are Partners that serve as the core operating body of the collective. Second, we have Affiliates, regular contributors to Collective projects. Third, Contractors that bring their hard skills to discrete challenges within a larger project.
Partners
Context Partners leadership and core consulting team.
Charlie Brown
FOUNDER & PARTNER
After years of observing how social entrepreneurs harness the power of communities worldwide, Charlie created Context Partners to support all organizations growing their brand or cause through the power of communities. His network strategies, customized for an organization’s unique context, identify and activate communities, uniting the communities and organization in a shared purpose. Communities have ranged from employees and corporate culture to philanthropic grantees and beneficiaries. Charlie’s approaches and work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, FastCoExist.com, and Stanford Social Innovation Review and utilized by clients including Conservation for Sustainable Seafood, the Gates Foundation, Nike, and many others.
Tito Llantada
PARTNER
Tito is a designer and strategist that cares about impact: within organizations, in emerging markets, and local communities. He’s passionate about the motivations and imperfections that make teams work and stakeholders act, the insights that make them real, and the incentives that make them better. An experienced practitioner of design thinking, open innovation, and service design, he has worked closely with organizations like Nike, JP Morgan Chase, Green Mountain Coffee, the World Bank Group, and GE to connect their business priorities to social impact strategies.
