The first step is to uncover what’s sacred and what has stalled, through in-person interviews and cultural immersion, by seeing the world through the community’s eyes. These insights guide us from where the community is today to our shared destination, not the reverse.

Shared goals are defined, and the roles and rewards required are outlined. This creates a road map to sustain engagement as we work toward our aspirations.
