Context Partners DC joins active community in the Wonder Bread Factory

Context Partners is all about community, and in our search for one of our own in the DC area, we’ve moved to WeWork. It’s a culturally vibrant and historic neighborhood, a hub of creativity and entrepreneurship in the Shaw/Howard area.

The previous Wonder Bread factory building is reminiscent of one in New York City’s lower east side in the 1920s. At any moment the fish monger and the knife sharpener might come around the corner hawking goods to potential customers lining the streets and in the storefronts.

The halls of our new office space are filled with entrepreneurs from every sector: clothing designers, nonprofits, IT firms, even planners, ad agencies, charter schools and political candidates. This diversity of neighbors and their creative ideas can only further speed the innovation we’re each working to realize.

The community events held among WeWork neighbors help network our various specialties, foster collaborations and facilitate exhibitions and trainings. And, did I mention the beer? That’s right, locally-brewed craft beer on tap just off the rooftop patios and meeting areas. So swing by, kick up your feet, have a beer or a tea, and let’s talk community.
