<p><strong>A Studio Coordinator at Context Partners responsibilities include:</strong><br />
•	Coordinating and scheduling external meetings, including booking team travel<br />
•	Assisting with event preparation, including coordinating supplies and materials<br />
•	Assisting with research projects through drafting introduction emails and scheduling with interviewees<br />
•	Supporting client communication through taking notes and sending relevant documents in advance of meetings<br />
•	Maintaining the Studio Master Calendar of project deadlines and deliverables and works with Studio members to ensure properly reviewed and on time</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong><br />
•	1-2 years office setting and/or internships<br />
•	Good sense of humor<br />
•	Proficient in MS Office<br />
•	Excel skills a plus</p>
<p>This is a full time position, based in Portland, OR. Start up environment with tremendous growth opportunities.<br />

<p><strong>A Communications Assistant at Context Partners responsibilities include:</strong><br />
•	Designing client documents and presentations, utilizing existing brand guidelines<br />
•	Working with business development to revise presentations and proposals per established brand standards and guidelines<br />
•	Community management: Monitoring online communities to encourage participation and promote discussion<br />
•	Writing invites and outreach emails based on existing boilerplates to various audiences<br />
•	Building internal contact database to help leverage the Context Partners community<br />
•	Assists with Challenge projects through uploading entries and responding to emails.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong><br />
•	1-2 years agency setting and/or internships<br />
•	Adobe CS high-proficiency<br />
•	MS Office high-proficiency<br />
•	Strong writing skills: Social media messaging, grammar, copy editing<br />
•	Proficiency with various social media platforms and WordPress</p>
